iThong is an application designed to provide users with a comprehensive understanding of traffic laws and regulations in the field of road traffic. It aims to help people avoid traffic violations and ensure compliance while participating in road traffic. Law enforcement agencies also utilize this app to accurately penalize offenders. Additionally, iThong allows violators to check and monitor their penalties.

Key features of the app include voice or keyword-based traffic violation lookup. It includes the latest updates on all road traffic violations for three categories of vehicles: motorcycles, cars, and other vehicles, as per Decree 100/2019/ND-CP. The content is divided into 11 groups for easy lookup, such as signal commands, parking, alcohol and stimulant concentration, turning and giving way, priority devices and horns, speed and safe distance, transportation of people and goods, vehicle equipment, prohibited roads and one-way streets, vehicle documents, and other violation groups. Users can easily utilize voice commands to search for specific violations, such as running a red light, driving against the traffic flow, or drink driving.

Furthermore, the app can be used to search for traffic signs. It categorizes signs clearly into prohibition signs, command signs, guidance signs, caution signs, and supplementary signs.

In addition to these features, the app also provides comprehensive materials to learn for driver's license exams. It covers theoretical exam content for different license categories: 150 questions for A1 category, 365 questions for A2 category, 450 questions for B1 and B2 categories, and 60 key questions. Users can also practice random exam sets based on realistic exam structures.

The app also includes a feature to calculate blood alcohol concentration based on alcohol consumption. It informs users of the time required before they can safely operate a vehicle after consuming alcohol.
